The Mock Necks delivers its high-quality products worldwide with free shipping. The estimated time for shipment is 7 to 9 working days once the payment is cleared. After payment confirmation, we email our valued customers the tracking details along with the product information. In case of delay or failure to receive your order, please contact Parke Boutique through its official email to speak to a representative. If any tariff or customs duty is applied, the customer will be responsible for paying it.
Please Note: Orders may be delayed due to non-availability of fabric, ongoing pandemic-related issues, or deliveries to specific remote countries or cities.
Free Shipping Worldwide?
Parke Boutique offers free shipping across the globe. However, if a customer wishes to opt for quick delivery, we provide expedited shipping for $35.
With expedited shipping, customers will receive their order within 8 to 10 working days from processing to delivery.

Applicable Notes
To ensure fast and accurate delivery, please provide Parke Boutique with your complete and accurate shipping address along with a valid contact number. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, Parke Boutique sends a confirmation email along with a copy of the invoice for the selected item(s). If you do not receive a confirmation notification, your purchase may not have been successful due to a technical issue. In such cases, the order will not be processed for shipping.
Damage and Late Delivery Claims
Parke Boutique will compensate customers if a parcel is not received and cannot be tracked within the estimated timeframe. We will issue a refund to the original PayPal account or credit card used, or provide a suitable replacement where possible.
If a customer receives a damaged product, they must contact us via email within 7 working days of the delivery date.
Estimated Delivery Time
Please allow 2 to 5 working days for delivery once the order has been shipped. Customers will receive an email from Parke Boutique with the tracking ID and shipping details.
